We do not charge any up front “Registration” or “Property Screening” fees. 

Upon the purchase of a property or portfolio we charge a Performance Fee being a small percentage of the purchase price.  There is no fee incurred until a purchase takes place.

Letting, Property Management and Asset Management services are charged on a combined basis as a percentage of the annual rent.

Curzon Investment Property act's for clients on a retained basis only and upon our acknowledged receipt and acceptance of our signed contract.
